This week, the Acoustic Highway continues its focus on local music. Narissa Bond will be our guest. Since arriving in Hampton Roads 20 years ago, she has become a favorite of local audiences. Her Three Words release was honored by Portfolio Magazine as best album and best song of the year. Each year, she kicks off the WHRV traditional Sunday Before Christmas program with a wonderful rendition of “Christmas Time is Here.” Sunday night, Narissa talks about her wonderful career in local music. We’ll also hear from other regional artists Mike Lille, Ron Fetner, Jim Bulleit and Skip Friel, as well as a few selections from the Greenfields: The Gibb Brothers Songbook release.
