The Writer’s Block, the WHRV initiative that features local playwrights, poets, storytellers and musicians, airs Sunday at 11:00 a.m. on 89.5 FM. This edition of The Writer’s Block was recorded June 2017 at the Five Points Community Farm Market in Norfolk. This was the first presentation of The Writer’s Block and features the musical talent of local acoustic artist Narissa Bond who has been a staple on Acoustic Highway, Hunter at Sunrise, Out of the Box, and the annual Sunday before Christmas holiday program on WHRV. Tune in Sunday to hear the literary and musical talent that thrives in Hampton Roads.
