Year: 1948

Running Time: 1 hr. 40 min.

A gangster holds a GI and others hostage in a run-down Florida Keys hotel in this classic film starring Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. The script was adapted from a 1939 play by Maxwell Anderson.

Key Largo was the fourth and final film pairing of married actors Bogart and Bacall, after To Have and Have Not (1944), The Big Sleep (1946), and Dark Passage (1947), although they also appeared together later in an episode of the television show Producers' Showcase.
