Doug Alan Wilcox, while technically not a local, the 757 likes to claim him as one of our own. A Frederick, Maryland resident, he frequents the venues and festivals of Hampton Roads so often, it’s hard to imagine him living elsewhere. He has performed on Acoustic Highway and WTKR’s Coast Morning Show. He has been a featured Tidewater Friends of Acoustic Music Performer and has appeared at the Occasion for the Arts, the Port Warwick Arts and Sculpture Festival, and until the pandemic hit, had a full schedule of events for the region in late April. He has a new EP entitled The Living Room Sessions. Part 2. A true fan favorite, Doug Alan Wilcox joins us via our telephone hybrid, to talk music and feature songs from his new release.
