This week's Acoustic Highway takes us down a road listening to some of the greats of folk music.  We’ll hear from Doc Watson, Joni Mitchell, Steve Goodman, Gordon Lightfoot, and James Taylor.  We’ll also hear the classic “Streets of London” from Ralph McTell. The 1974 song has been covered by one estimate, over 200 times. McTell wrote the song after busking and hitchhiking around Europe in the 1960s. It propelled his career and was his greatest commercial success.   In 2020, Ralph McTell recorded a new verse inspired by the pandemic that was gripping the world.

Tune in and hear some of icons acoustic music, on the Highway. Sunday night at 9 on WHRV. Join us.
