July 20th marks the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo Moon Landing. All month, we have been asking listeners to share their memories of the historic moment. We were alerted that Dennis Frasca, a resident of Virginia Beach, was instrumental in working with Grumman on a simulator that was used in the early work ups for Apollo 11. This week, he shares with us his memories and observation of the early days leading to the moment that man first stepped foot on the moon.
