On this week’s Acoustic Highway, we’ll hear from the Canadian Folk Fusion band The Duhks. After forming in 2002 they were signed to the Sugar Hill Record Label and were nominated for both Juno and Grammy Awards. The band stopped touring in 2016 however, hosted a 20th year reunion concert this past May. Music also from two icons&emdash;John Prine and Mac Wiseman performing the standard “I Love You Because” which was made famous by country superstar Jim Reeves in 1964. As well as songs from Mercy Creek, Guy Clark, Ben Harper, and plenty of others. Join us Sunday night at 9 on the Highway. It's a great way to wrap up your weekend and prepare for the week ahead.
