We’re gettin’ weird and absurd on the program. If you haven’t noticed, I’m a bit of a comedy fan boy. I dabble in stand-up here and there. I’m not very good. And I don’t say that as self-deprecation. It’s simply the truth. There are much better comics than me out there. This show is about showcasing absurdity in life, in art and in music.

About Gyroscope:
Each week host Jon Kranz explores another stratum of life and the components that make up our individual and collective perspectives. Episodes explore topics such as failure, diversity, the search for happiness, and our need as humans to remember how to be absurd and play. The show uses music, spoken word, literary interludes, and soundscapes to take the listener on a journey through the human experience. It airs on WHRV 89.5 FM on Fridays at 10 p.m.
