This week, Pickin' on WHRV features several tracks from The Earls of Leicester. The band formed in 2013 to present the music of Flatt and Scruggs. Their self-titled debut release won the Grammy Award for best Bluegrass Album in 2015. We’ll also hear a set from Ralph Stanley and his 2004 Great High Mountain release. The CD is a compilation of Stanley favorites recorded between 1971-1996. We’ll also hear from Dave Evans, The Seldom Scene, Ronnie Bowman, and plenty of others. Join us for great Bluegrass.
