Wednesday, September 9th, Raymond Jones will begin his 55th year in broadcasting.  That number is not a typographical error.

Raymond started in radio at Oscar Smith High School over a half-century ago, and his voice has been heard in Hampton Roads continuously ever since, sharing his great passion for classical music.  Along the way, among other accomplishments, he earned a doctorate in education, so it is most appropriate, as he begins another year on the air, that he plays a recording of the Haydn Symphony No. 55, known as the Schoolmaster, on his Evening Classics program.

Tune in, enjoy and help Raymond celebrate.
