The Virginia Arts Festival broadcasts return to the air on WHRO FM this week. Wednesday evening at 9, enjoy chamber music by Chopin, the Piano Sonata No. 3, performed by Festival favorite Anna Petrova.  Edvard Grieg’s Violin Sonata No. 3 will be played by two artists who have been with the Virginia Arts Festival since its beginning, Ani Kavafian and Andre-Michel Schub.  Finally the acclaimed Daedalus Quartet will offer a Mozart masterpiece, the String Quartet No. 23, K. 590.
