Will Overman is this week’s guest on the Acoustic Highway. A Virginia Beach native, Will now lives in Crozet, Virginia, just outside Charlottesville. His new release The Winemaker’s Daughter was finished last year just as the pandemic was shutting down venues and cancelling concerts. Will decided instead to release the album this past February. It’s his debut solo full release coming on the heels of an EP entitled Crossroads which came out in 2017. He had been performing as the frontman of his own band. Today, Will Overman continues to carve out a distinct career as a singer-songwriter who dives deep into human emotions that easily draws the listener in for an incredible musical experience.
