On this week’s Acoustic Highway, local singer-songwriter Jim Bulleit joins us for conversation and musical selections from his forthcoming CD, scheduled to be released in May. Jim is a long-time favorite of area festivals and venues. He’s hosted his own open-mic night, performed on Writer’s Block and has had his music featured on Out of the Box with Paul Shugrue and Hunter at Sunrise. He has been a regular performer on the traditional Sunday before Christmas Holiday Program on WHRV. Jim is a retired English teacher with the Virginia Beach City Public Schools and has also taught at Tidewater Community College. He has released three CDs including his latest Prufrock’s Blues.
