The Acoustic Highway this week is featuring music from local and regional artists who are performing in a virtual Facebook Live concert celebrating the 30th anniversary of WHRV. We’ll hear music from the first in-studio guest on the Acoustic Highway, Ron Fetner. Also featured is Luca Burgalassi, Amy Ferebee, Two Hand Touch, Skip Friel, and plenty of other outstanding musicians from the 757. We’ll also revisit one of the most popular artists who performed live on the Highway, John Smith. His CD “Traveler” is hailed as a classic release with a Celtic twist. Hear local and national talent, Sunday night at 9:00 on the Acoustic Highway and tune in to Facebook Sunday night beginning at 7 for a series of performances from the talent that thrives in Hampton Roads.
