Saturday night at 8:00 on WHRO FM, Raymond Jones plays what’s new in classical recordings on This Just In. This Saturday, we’ll have Stephen Hough (huff) in Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3, a symphony by Friedrich Schneider that sounds a bit like Beethoven, and Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto played on a basset clarinet, plus Richard Danielpour’s ‘Of Love and Longing’ with guitar virtuoso Sharon Isbin (IZZ-bin) and vocalist Isabel Leonard.
