This week, Mal Vincent previews the local showing of the Oscar-winning 1952 film The Bad and the Beautiful starring Lana Turner and Kirk Douglas. This film is about the movie-making industry of the time that looked to a Virginia writer for inspiration for a film because, historically, "Virginia was peppered with sex."
