On the latest episode of Lyrical, we talked with Anthony Gragnano of the band, The Lazy Dangers.

He shared the story behind the title track to their 2019 EP “Lost Dogs.”

When he wrote it, he was living in Shreveport, LA and just getting out of a destructive relationship.

At the same time, he was watching a close friend go through their own struggles.

“For so much of my early twenties, it was these grand gestures or it was these big things or it was these huge blowouts,” he said. “But it wasn’t like the small stuff, and it wasn’t putting in any kind of work at all. To myself or any kind of relationship that I was in.”
