Fans for crime and detective shows will enjoy this British-French crime drama created by Robert Thorogood. An English detective is transferred to the island of Sainte-Marie in the Caribbean, despite his hatred of sun, sand and sea. He was initially sent to investigate the murder of the inspector there, but once that investigation is over -- and much to his dismay -- he must stay on as the new police chief.
