Next, experience the profound beauty of Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 11, performed by the renowned Emerson Quartet, bringing fresh vitality to this timeless work. Following Beethoven, we turn to the 20th century with the Symphony No. 1 by Lukas Foss, with the Buffalo Philharmonic under the direction of JoAnn Falletta.

We then travel to Brazil with a violin concerto by Francisco Mignone, a prominent 20th-century composer. This concerto reflects the rich cultural heritage of Brazil and offers a captivating listening experience. Continuing the evening, enjoy the French Suite No. 5 by Johann Sebastian Bach, performed by the talented pianist Rochelle Sennet. And finally, we conclude with the Neave Trio’s performance of Bedřich Smetana’s Piano Trio in g.
