May 7-11 is Lifelong Learning Week and Ms. Martha Reads is helping kick off the festivities with a visit to one of Norfolk's libraries. Ms. Martha will read a story and members of the WHRO Early Childhood Services team will be on site with the WHRO Literacy Van.
Mayor Kenneth Alexander will be delivering a proclamation during the week proclaiming the week of May 7-14 as a week of learning. His Believe in Learning initiative promotes learning throughout the City of Norfolk.
