For the first time, the law addresses the impact exposure to burn pits has on the long-term health of veterans. They will also provide practical advice to help veterans and their families who want to know more about how to navigate the Veterans Administration.

WHRO Reporter Steve Walsh and News Director Mechelle Hankerson will host the event. Attendees will enjoy refreshments in addition to the educational presentation.

Veterans Day is to honor American Veterans for their great service and sacrifice! November 11 is the day of observance began in 1919 by President Wilson.
