On Saturday, Sept. 30, Out of the Box host Paul Shugrue will emcee the Neptune Festival Grand Parade in Virginia Beach. This festival is always a great time with music, vendors and a sand sculpting competition. 

Grab your spot along the parade route to cheer on your favorites. Many of the floats will have beads and other fun giveaways for the crowd.

This event is free and open to the public.
