An anonymous artist, who goes by the pseudonym, "Lenni," launched the initiative #FreeArt757 ten years ago in Hampton Roads, leaving art in public places for people to find, keep, and enjoy. Rebecca interviewed them about where they get their inspiration and how to get involved in the movement.
