Organ Donors 
More than 2 million Virginians are signed up as organ and tissue donors. Despite that number, three Virginians die each week waiting for a life-saving organ transplant that doesn’t come in time. Just one organ donor can save the lives of seven people in need of a transplant. On this week’s House Calls we will clarify some of the mysteries and myths surrounding organ donation with an expert from a local organization that coordinates donation services in the area. We’ll also hear from a man who received a life-saving heart transplant.
