Segment A: Grand Slam: Youth Sports and Burnout
We all know the benefits of keeping youth active and busy by playing sports, but with a new emphasis on children participating in one sport all year long there's been a dramatic rise in injuries and athletic burnout.  Once they're playing only one sport, they're using the same muscle groups exclusively, which causes repetitive stress or overuse injuries.  We'll talk about this growing medical concern for young athletes in this segment with Dr. Eric Neff, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr. Joel Brenner, Medical Director - CHKD Sports Medicine, and Regan McMahon, deputy book editor of the San Francisco Chronicle and author of "Revolution in the Bleachers: How Parents Can Take Back Family in a World Gone Crazy Over Youth Sports".

Segment B: In the Zone
The reasons for illegal school enrollment range from desire for stronger academic or sports programs to location and custody battles.  Parents trying to beat the system by sending children to school in a district where they don't play taxes not only violate school policy - they're breaking the law.  We'll discuss how Hampton Roads schools are tackling the problem in this segment.
