FROM THE HEADLINES: ABUSIVE DRIVER FEES

Virginia Governor Tim Kaine made a stop in Hampton Roads this week to promote his proposal to expand early childhood education.  The Governor talks to Cathy about the goal to provide all four-year-olds the chance to attend pre-kindergarten programs, the recent backlash to civic remedial fees and the upcoming Campus Security Conference aimed at utilizing the latest technologies to improve campus security across the Commonwealth.
