WHRO NAMES COLLEEN INGRAHAM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Controller to take over financial leadership role

Norfolk VA: Public broadcaster WHRO announced today that Colleen Mary Ingraham has assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer.  The former WHRO Controller will provide executive level strategic management for WHRO.   Ingraham will provide advice and counsel in overall financial management and strategic direction of the organization, in addition to oversight of various business development projects.  She will oversee the day-to-day activities of the financial affairs of the organization, and will play a major role in strategic planning and the development of the annual plan of work and budget. 
Ingraham has served as Controller since March 2008.  Prior to coming to WHRO, she served as Director of Accounting for Rowe’s Supermarkets in Jacksonville, Florida.
She holds a B.A. from the University of North Florida, and received her CPA in 2002.
